Meet Cath
Cath is a passionate and enthusiastic educator with experience teaching in both the TAFE and university sectors. She believes that knowledge can empower people and change lives.
Cath has been facilitating Mental Health First Aid since 2015 and enjoys the opportunity to share her knowledge and enthusiasm with participants.
Cath is accredited to train the following courses;
- Standard MHFA
- Standard MHFA Refresher Course
- MHFA for the Suicidal Person
- Mental Health First Aid for Non-Suicidal Self-Injury
- Blended Online MHFA Community
